I certify that I understand that I must call and or text every customer while at the restaurant to inform the customer of my ETA, to make sure they were able to order everything they wanted and establish contact prior to dropping off food at customer location. I understand that if I do not contact customer I risk forfeiting any delivery fee or tip refunded to customer based on any issue regarding lack of driver communication.
